Interior technical draughtsman

Are you an independent technical draftsman who gets excited about working out interior designs and creative layouts? For the expansion of our team at LENZ we are looking for a driven technical draftsman who works out our designs to perfection and loves creative challenges.

What will you do?

As an interior technical draftsman, you will be responsible for the technical development of our interior designs. You will translate the creative concepts of our design team into detailed and executable drawings, such as layout plans, 2D views and finishing lists, required by our building partners. In the design phase, you will be a valuable sparring partner for the team, providing support in working out designs in 2D or 3D. Your work is varied and includes:

Supporting the design team in developing 2D and 3D models.

Answering technical questions and ensuring proper communication with construction partners.

Translating creative interior design concepts into technical drawings.

Preparation of layout plans, 2D views and finish plans.

Our working method

A home is an experience. That's why - unlike many other agencies - we work in reverse design order: we don't start with the outside, but design from the use, routing and experience of happy moments. Also important are daylight, sightlines and privacy. We translate the client's style and wishes into mood boards/spheres, which we then know how to shape into a presentation that is finished to perfection in an inspiring and convincing way.

• Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000 based on a 40-hour work week (depending on your knowledge and experience).

• Legal travel allowance for Commuting - travel distance max. 50 kilometers from Uden.

• A completed Bachelor's or MBO degree in interior design.
• Minimum 2 years work experience within interior design, interior construction or overlapping industries.
• Works accurately and loves translating creative ideas into technical drawings.
• Excellent command of Vectorworks (2D) and further experience with SketchUp, adobe creative package, Lumion (pre) and Revit (pre).
• Strong communication skills in Dutch.
• Are an enthusiastic team player who can work well with deadlines and enjoys a fun working environment.
