Financial administrative assistant

Hours: 16 hours per week, working days to be arranged by mutual agreement Location: Uden

Are you an independent financial jack-of-all-trades who gets excited about numbers? Then we are looking for you! To expand our team at LENZ, we are looking for a financial administrative assistant.

What will you do?

Together with our office manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients, on the phone and in the office. Work includes at least: accounting, payroll, billing and accounts receivable management.

To be successful in this position, you are hands-on, accurate and customer-oriented. You are a real go-getter and get energy from numbers, creating order and getting things done.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Completed MBO-4 education in Finance, Business Administration or similar
  • Work experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of financial administration and accounting principles
  • Experience with accounting program Exact Online is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch.
  • By nature, you are punctual, accurate, inquisitive and analytical.
  • Integrity in handling confidential information
  • You preferably live within a 30 kilometer radius of Uden.
