General conditions

We want all the terms and conditions we use to be clear to you. That is why we use the most widely used general conditions in our industry, the DNR. With general conditions it is immediately clear what rights and obligations we and you have. The New Regulation 2011 (DNR) 2011 covers the general industry conditions for design, consultancy and organization for the built environment for client and contractor. It is the best regulation for concluding agreements between consultants (architects and engineers) and clients.

The DNR is a joint initiative of the Association of Dutch Architects (BNA) and NLingenieurs. The DNR was first released in 2005, under the name DNR 2005. In 2011, a revision of the regulation was released, the DNR 2011.
