This privacy statement has been prepared by Lenz Architecten B.V., further referred to in this privacy statement as 'we'. We are the data controller - as it is called under the AVG - with respect to personal data we receive directly from you.

Personal data

When you contact us via our phone number, general email address, or via a form on our website in order to schedule an appointment with one of our consultants or request information, we ask for your name, address, and your contact information such as your phone taker and/or email address so that we can schedule an appointment with you or provide you with information.

If you are a customer of ours, we need your personal data to be able to provide our services properly, this includes the following personal data: your name, address details (both your current and possibly your future address), contact details such as your telephone number and/or e-mail address, your bank details for our financial administration and possibly your civil service number if you want us to take care of your building application. We obtain this personal data directly from you if you wish to use our services.

Basis and purposes.

Under the AVG, your personal data may only be processed if we have a legal basis for doing so. We may process your personal data on one of the following bases:

  • The processing of your personal data by us is necessary to carry out the agreement we have entered into with you, such as your civil service number so that we can apply for your building permit on your behalf.
  • The processing of your personal data by us is necessary because of a legal obligation incumbent upon us, for example your financial data because of the 7-year tax retention obligation.
  • You have given us permission to do so, such as your e-mail address so you can receive our newsletter.

We therefore use your personal data only for those purposes for which it was obtained, namely:

  • Providing information requested by you or scheduling an interview requested by you.
  • The satisfactory performance of the agreement entered into between you and us.

Third Party

We realize that you have shared your personal data with us under the agreement we have entered into with each other. Therefore, we will not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary to perform our agreement.

Retention periods and safeguards

We keep your data no longer than is necessary for the processing of the purposes described above or the fulfillment of a legal obligation. We naturally treat your data with care and confidentiality. Only authorized persons have access to this data.
