A dream going up in flames? Lenz to the rescue!

With a unique design, lightning-fast planning and a top-notch construction team, we ensured that the owners of Nieuw Schaijk were able to quickly put the devastating fire in their restaurant behind them.

Much faster than ever imagined, they made a successful relaunch. With a completely new building and stylish furnishings that fit seamlessly with the hospitality concept.

Tasteful past in contemporary design

Just very good food. Approachable. Burgundian. A warm atmosphere. That's what Nieuw Schaijk has been known for for decades. And now the design - a farmstead in keeping with the region - and the furnishings match that as well.

With its traditional brick, central entrance and enclosed courtyard, the farmstead looks authentic. And at the same time ultramodern with its clean design, light wood color and elements such as the horizontal slats and sliding glass roof.

Ready for the future

Providing more opportunities for a wider audience. That had long been a desire of the owners. Our solution: a flexible design.

Will more than 240 guests be dining? Then the party room can also be included with the restaurant. And thanks to the ice cream parlor - easily visible and accessible to both passers-by and the restaurant guests inside - Nieuw Schaijk is now also the pit stop of the region.

Hidden paradise on the state highway

Sitting outside at a restaurant on a busy county road? Sure! On the spacious enclosed patio, guests enjoy a green oasis. Even in winter or when it rains, because the sliding glass roof can be opened and closed.

Focal point of success!

You will live through it: a huge fire in your family business. You'll never forget it. But thanks to a brand-new design and stylish interior, you'll see visitor numbers and sales rise within a year? That makes up for a lot!
