No matter which way you look at the stairs of this home, it is and always will be unique. Even if we say so ourselves. Because where else do you walk up over the kitchen? The floating steps above the kitchen element add a playful touch to the space.

Secure atmosphere

The spacious home has a very secure atmosphere inside. Together with the interior designer, we worked on the right proportions. Despite the fact that all rooms are interconnected and you can sometimes see right through the entire house, you experience a cozy atmosphere and privacy everywhere. The custom-designed open cabinet wall functions both as a connection and a partition between the living room and kitchen.

Mysterious lighting

Another unique detail. Or well, detail, it stands out from afar, this horizontal element on the outside. Although you do not see the door - it is beautifully hidden in the wall - as a visitor you are automatically led to it. This is because of the contrast of the deep black element in the white villa. And, of course, because the mysterious lighting around the house number indication undoubtedly makes you curious.

Optimal enjoyment on all sides

Front yard, back yard. Those terms are not an issue here. Just like front or back of the house. The villa stands in the ultimate spot on the plot, namely right in the middle, forming a single entity with the beautifully landscaped outdoor environment around it. The residents have a beautiful view of their attractive garden from every room and take full advantage of sun and shade outside. Ideal in this tucked away spot where you have privacy on all sides.

Not in but on the garden

A plot with height differences, we love that! So we give this house extra allure by placing it not in but on top of the garden by means of a slope. The contrasting aluminum roof lines reinforce the horizontality of the whole.

Serene into the swimming pond

Wake up and walk from the living room into the swimming pond. You can literally do that here, because the terrace platform runs automatically into the water. The water level is level with the pavement, giving the garden a serene and luxurious look.
